The Pay / Bill section is used to apply settings relevant to the Client's requirements for Payroll and Billing. These items are unavailable if your system does not use the FT360 middle and back office functionality. The following sub-sections are included in the Pay / Bill section:

  • Timesheet Details - manage settings to support timesheet requirements by default for the Client. For example Timesheet Frequency (weekly, fortnightly, bi-monthly, monthly), if Timesheet Codes are to be applied to timesheets etc.

  • Wage Costs - manage settings relevant to the Wage Costs for the Client by default.

  • Due Diligence - select check boxes where due diligence activities have been completed for the Client.

  • Billing Details - where a Debtor has been assigned from the Billing Module, details are displayed in this section. An Action is available to view any invoices that have been generated for the Client.

  • Codes - To ensure the system enforces that timesheet codes are entered on every timesheet, tick the Timesheet Code Required check box. To enforce duplicate checking on codes entered on timesheets, select the level required for Timesheet Code Duplicate Check:

    • To check for duplicate codes across all timesheets, select Client.

    • To check for duplicate codes within a Job's timesheets, select Job Order. If duplicate checking is not required, select None.
