Save tab is disabled when user adds a new Candidate or Client record in FastTrack, or edits an existing one. This is likely due to Chrome auto settings and to confirm this is the case, user needs to go to Portal User section of record. If logged in Agency User's login details have populated fields in Portal User section, then Chrome auto settings need to be changed. |
