What needs to be actioned?

An Commencing from 24/02/2025, our Customer Support team will be contacting your business to provide with new a new Software Service ID (SSID) for each unique pay company ABN for which your business currently submits STP reports from FastTrack360.

Once your business has been provided with new SSIDs, an authorised individual within your business will be required to must create new authorisations in the ATO’s Access Manager portal to link the ABN of each of your pay companycompanies, which makes report STP submissions from Fastrack360FastTrack360, to the following: the Access Group’s ABN (40 071 007 326)

The new Product ID and SSIDs for each pay company will be provided at a later date.

When does this need to be actioned?

We are working with the ATO to establish a transition period during which you will be able to create the new authorisations in the ATO’s Access Manager portal in preparation for the changeover while the existing authorisations will continue to work so that your STP functionality is not interrupted.

The transition period will likely be from February until the end of March 2025. We will provide you with the new Product ID and a new SSID for each of your pay companies so that you can create the new authorisations when the ATO have confirmed the transition period dates and have issued a new Product ID for FastTrack360.

What can you do to prepare?

To make sure your business is prepared for the transition, ensure that an individual within your business can .

The authorised individual must be able to log into the ATO’s Access Manager portal and can configure authorisations on behalf of your business. Note the following:

  • the individual must have a myID to be able to log into Access Manager

  • the individual must be the principal authority or an authorisation administrator for your business in the ATO’s Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).

When does this need to be actioned?

To ensure that your ability to submit STP reports is not affected, this must be actioned before 28th March, 2025. After that date, any existing authorisations that are linked to FastTrack’s old ABN (29 061 703 697) will cease to be valid.

Note

Your STP service will be affected if you do not action this prior to 28/03/2025.
