FastTrack360 will have a new Product ID, which means that existing STP reporting authentication that has been configured by your business, for each pay company that submits STP reports from FastTrack360, will cease to be valid.
Why is this changing?
...
An authorised individual within your business will be required to create new authorisations in the ATO’s Access Manager portal to link the ABN of each pay company, which makes STP submissions from Fastrack360, to the following:
the Access Group’s ABN (40 071 007 326)
...
a new Product ID
...
a new Software Service ID (SSID)
...
.
The new Product ID and SSIDs for each pay company will be provided at a later date.
When does this need to be actioned?
We are working with the ATO to establish a transition period during which you will be able to create the new authorisations in the ATO’s Access Manager portal in preparation for the changeover while the existing authorisations will continue to work so that you can continue to submit STP reports without interruptionyour STP functionality is not interrupted.
The transition period will likely be from February until the end of March 2025. We will provide you with the new Product ID and a new SSID for each of your pay companies so that you can create the new authorisations when the ATO have confirmed the transition period dates and have issued a new Product ID for FastTrack360.
