Info

As a matter of good practice, it is recommended that you expire available timesheets that are not required so as to reduce the volume of timesheets that the system need to traverse when searching for timesheets. For more information, see Expiring and Restoring Timesheets.

Configuration

The date that is automatically populated in the Week Ending Date From field in the search header of the Time and Attendance > Timesheets > Available screen is based on a new field labelled Default Week Ending From, Week in Arrears that has been added to the Agency User section of the Time and Attendance > Maintenance > General screen, as highlighted in Figure 2 below.

INSERT SCREENSHOT!

The new field works in conjunction with existing Default Week Ending From, Week Ending Day field. For example, if the Default Week Ending From, Week in Arrears field is set to a value of 2, the Default Week Ending From, Week Ending Day field is set to Sunday and the current date is 03/09/2024, the system will count back two weeks from Sunday 08/09/2024, which is the week ending date of the current week, to date 25/08/2024 and that is the date that will be defaulted into the Week Ending Date From field in the search header on the Time and Attendance > Timesheets > Available screen.
