Description
In For all Countries in this release for all countries we have introduced a Bulk Update feature for Job Orders. Currently where several jobs require a change, for example, a Client that has a family of several jobs for a role and the End Date needs to be changed for all of the family jobs, users need to open edit each job to change the End Date. The Bulk Update Job Order process will provide provides you with the ability to select all jobs requiring update, select the element(s) that need to be changed, and queue a process to run the update.
With this feature the following items in a Job Order Orders can be bulk updated:
Start Date
End Date
Status & Status Reason
Job Owner
Job Creator
Filled By
Position Skill Group & Position
Client Position

From the list items, select the values that need to be updated on the Jobs.

To move to the Confirmation screenWhen the values have been defined, click Next.
Step 3 - Confirmation
The Confirmation step allows you to review what has been selected for update before proceeding to triggering the update process.

You can use the ‘Action’ menu in each row to remove any items that were accidentally added. If you are happy with the selected items, click Update to commence the update process. You can use the ‘Action’ menu to remove any items that were accidentally added.
Step 4 - progress / completion
The Progress / Completion screen provides real time feedback on the progress of the update. The system will handle a record then move to the next. If there is an issue, for example one Job’s Candidate does not have availability for the requested new End Date, the ‘Progress’ value displays 'Error’ and a Validation Message will displaydisplays. The system will then move on to the next record.

Where the record has been successfully updated the ‘Progress’ value displays ‘Updated’. When all records have been processed, the browser tab can be closed.
