Description

Changes have been made in Interpreter > Interpreter Review to cater for finding interpreted timesheets based on custom timesheet statuses, timesheet status types and whether an interpreted timesheet has been paid and/or billed.

Primary Tab

The existing Status field on the Primary tab of the Interpreter Review screen, which previously allowed searching for timesheets by the Not Reviewed or Reviewed statuses, now instead lists and allows searching by any custom timesheet statuses that are configured for the selected search country under Interpreter > Maintenance > Interpreted Timesheet Status (for more information about how the custom status are created, see Support for Custom Interpreted Timesheet Statuses).

New columns have been added to the Results list on the Interpreter > Interpreter Review to show the name of the interpreted timesheet status and the underlying status type of each interpreted timesheet that is listed. An example of this is highlighted below.

Pay/Bill Tab

The existing Pay Batch field on the Pay/Bill tab of the Interpreter Review screen, which allows searching for timesheets based on whether the timesheet has been paid in a pay batch, has been enhanced so that it now includes a Paid option that allows searching for timesheets that have been paid in any pay batch.

Benefits

This enhancement complements functionality that has been introduced in this release that allows custom-defined interpreted timesheet statuses to be created and applied to interpreted timesheets. For more information, see Support for Custom Interpreted Timesheet Statuses.
