There is an embargo where candidates will only be onboarded once every 6 months from the automatic triggers of the Referral Workflow and Job Fill events. This is to ensure that when filling a Candidate on a multiple jobs, they don’t get onboarded each time. You can override this if you need to by using the manual triggers (Custom Actions) via a Candidate Record or Search Candidate result list.

During the Onboarding process, should a Candidate / Payee select a superannuation fund that does not exist in FastTrack360, the fund will default to ‘Change Me’ super fund, to inform Payroll to correctly identify the fund and update the payee before they are paid. A report is included as part of the setup process that will help you to see which Candidates have submitted their onboarding information. This can be scheduled to send to nominated contacts
