Before a timesheet can be be submitted for approval the timesheet may need to be edited to capture the relevant time and attendance information for the corresponding work period. You can edit a timesheet while the timesheet is in the Available status, and therefore has not been saved or submitted, or while the timesheet is in the Incomplete status, and therefore has been saved but has not been submitted for approval. If a submitted timesheet needs to be adjusted, the timesheet can be recalled so long as it is yet to be approved by any approvers. For more information, see Recalling a Submitted Mobile Timesheet. Once a timesheet has completed the approval process, it can only be adjusted via the Time and Attendance application. You can carry out the following actions when you edit a timesheet:
add, edit or delete attendance items
add, edit or delete additional (manual) items
add, edit or delete reimbursement items
add or remove attachment items.
