Information you have keyed in on a timesheet, or that has been pre-filled by the system, can be edited before you submit the timesheet for approval. You can do this while the timesheet is in the Available status, and therefore has not been saved or submitted, or while the timesheet is in the Incomplete status, and therefore has been saved but not submitted.
In addition to the mandatory information you may be required to key in on a timesheet, you can also do the following with available or incomplete timesheets:
add and delete shifts
add additional/manual items
add reimbursement items
add timesheet attachments
add comments
change shift start and end times
change shift work dates
copy shift details to another work
date refresh the timesheet.
Available and incomplete timesheets can be edited via the Timesheet Entry screen.
Edit a Timesheet
To open an available or incomplete timesheet for editing in the Timesheet Entry screen, follow the procedure below.
1. | In the Time and Attendance workspace, click Available or Incomplete in the top left-hand corner of the screen. The Available Timesheets or the Incomplete Timesheets screen opens respectively. |
2. | In the list of timesheets displayed on the screen, click on the timesheet you want to edit. The Timesheet Entry screen opens, thereby allowing you to edit the selected timesheet. |
