When a Custom Report needs to be copied from one environment (eg UAT) to another (eg Live)

Module: Custom ReportingThis knowledge article serves as a guide in migrating or copying a Report from one environment to another such as from Training or  UAT to Production. Please follow the steps as outlined below:

Step-by-step guide

Export the report

1. From the Report selection screen, click on 'Action' > 'Export'

2. Select - 'Report File'

3. In Chrome, the report will show at the bottom of the screen. You will also be able to find it in your Downloads folder

Import the Report

1. From the Report selection screen, right click on the folder you want to Import the report to and click 'Import Report'

2. Type the name of the report, leave 'Report File' selected, then click 'Import Files'

3. Navigate to the Downloads folder or wherever you saved the report file to and click 'Open' at the bottom

You should now be able to see the imported report in the list of reports in the folder you imported it to. If you can't find it, use the 'Search Reports' box at the top to search for the name you allocated to the report in step 2
